- SEASONED CAST IRON 30 cm diameter frying pan made from a single piece of cured cast iron, ideal for lovers of good cooking. Resistant to high temperatures, even above 1000 C. Robust, durable and non-deformable under normal kitchen conditions, provided that sudden changes in temperature and heavy falls or blows are avoided. It has a long handle and a grip for easy handling and 2 spouts for pouring sauces without dripping or staining.
- HEALTHY, PTFE AND PFOA FREE The traces of iron that are naturally released when cooking with our cast iron cookware are transferred to the food, leading to a healthy increase in the levels of this mineral in your diet. The non-stick patina forms with use and regular seasoning, so it is manufactured free of PTFE and PFOA.
- OPTIMAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY Cast iron is excellent at distributing heat evenly across the entire surface, allowing for more uniform cooking and preventing food from cooking unevenly. It also has a high heat retention capacity, allowing you to cook over medium heat and keeping food warm longer after it has been removed from the heat. It is ideal for serving directly at the table.
- EASY MAINTENANCE After washing and drying thoroughly, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the inside and rim of the utensil and it is ready to store. You can use sunflower, linseed, coconut, canola or avocado oil, but avoid olive oil as it can make the pan sticky. To increase the non-stick patina after cleaning and oiling, heat the pan over medium-high heat until it smokes, apply a little more oil using kitchen paper and leave the pan to cool before storing.
