- Complete with a cable pulley system that has two anchor points allowing you to work all of your muscle groups. Dual cable pulley system is suitable for BOTH for 25mm and 50mm (Olympic) weight plates.
- Comes with a wide range of features, such as dual thickness pull-up bars and solid steel j-cups, which include safety locks to keep you and your bar safe during training. The pulley system can be used to store up to six plates. They also add stability to your rack during your body-weight training.
- Pulley Attachments (Soft Touch Lat Pull Downs and Straight Bar), Landmine Attachment with Barbell Row Holder, Dip Handles, -Steel J-cups and Safety pins are all included in the package. Soft touch handles are included so that you can train your triceps and complete full extension dips.
