- This spice mix is a complex blend of Herbs & Spices and makes a great tasting traditional doner kebab, Ideal for use with lamb, beef and chicken.
- A delicious home-made doner kebab without the added guilt of a takeaway!
- Add 100g mix to 1kg minced meat, add 40ml water and mix till combined.
- Place mix into a loaf tin, on to skewers or a kebab spike and cook accordingly.
- Lesave to cool once cooked, slice and serve with salad and warm pitta bread.
