- PROTECT YOUR WIRE: Nylon mallets are ideal for use directly on metal for forming, bending, shaping, and flattening. The nylon faces will not mar the metal, protecting your art and minimizing any damage during creation.
- DUAL SIDED TOOL: The nylon-tipped hammer has a rosewood handle, measuring 9.5 inches in length. The metal head size is 70mm and weighs 4oz. The handle is securely screwed into a metal center that connects to each head. An Allen wrench is also included so you can affix your replacement heads instantly.
- INTERCHANGEABLE HEADS: There are 9 interchangeable faces that are easy to change using the supplied Allen wrench. Attached to the hammer head are 18mm rounded and 6mm wedge faces. The other faces included are: 18mm concave, 18mm domed, 18mm flat, 11mm rounded wedge, 8.5mm wedge, 15mm squared and 8.5mm rounded point.
- MULTI-USE TOOL: This forming hammer is perfect for raising, planishing, and embossing work. Use it to form larger pieces of sheet metal into bangles, cuffs, or more complex pendants. Smooth out imperfections, ideal for dapped metal that needs a final touch. Or use both sides of the hammer with different faces to produce texture and embossing to create a unique finish.
