- VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY: Compatible with most 2001+ petrol and 2004+ diesel passenger vehicles in UK & EU. Commercial vehicles, HD trucks, motorcycles and other non-OBD-II compliant vehicles may not be supported. EV COMPATIBILITY: EV/PHEV support depends on app availability, and not all models are supported.
- Check the Car Scanner app for a suitable connection profile or other Apps developed for EVs (such as EVScanner), or contact Veepeak to confirm. GENERIC OBD-II FUNCTIONS – read & clear trouble codes for check engine light and read live sensor data to help monitor vehicle health and diagnose check engine problems.
- Note: does NOT support ABS, SRS (Airbag), BCM, TPMS or other advanced systems. BLUETOOTH CONNECTION: Supports Bluetooth LE & Classic on Android, and Bluetooth LE on iOS. For Bluetooth LE, please connect from within the app instead of through phone’s Bluetooth settings, after setting the correct connection type.
- Android head units may not be supported. COMPATIBLE APPS: Car Scanner (recommended for most vehicles), Torque (for Android), OBD Fusion, BimmerCode*, BimmerLink*, OBD JScan, Dr.
- Prius, VAG DPF, etc. Note: some Apps or in-App features require separate purchase. NOT compatible with Carly, MHD, xHP, xDelete, ProTool, bootmod3, etc.
- *CERTAIN APP LIMITATIONS: When used with BimmerCode, only 2008+ E, F, I, and 2008+ R series are supported (pre-2008 models or G/U series not supported; for G series, choose the OBDCheck EW).
- Pre-2008 models are not supported via BimmerLink. Check product description for details. FUNCTION LIMITATIONS: Manufacturer-specific data (like DPF-related) and advanced functions including oil light reset, DPF regeneration, and service performing are usually NOT supported.
