- HOW TO USE: Diffusing: 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner. Helpful for easing the symptoms of coughs and colds.
- Massage blend: up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. Helpful for relieving muscular aches and pains. Not recommended for sensitive, damaged or allergy prone skin. Not recommended for use on the face.
- Inhalation: add 3 drops to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. For head colds and congestion. Not suitable for asthmatics.
