The bolt-down square bracket secures the post sleeve to the ground through holes in the base plate. For a secure fit, pre-drilled holes on the sleeve walls are positioned parallel, making it ideal for fence post support bases.
• USABILITY - A stable base, such as a concrete foundation, is essential for proper installation. The post should not rest on the bottom of the sleeve to prevent moisture penetration in the wood. Ensuring proper under-ventilation is crucial for long-term durability, especially with a post base wood fence system.
