- WITH OR WITHOUT THE LINERS - Fit the removable cloth liners for a smoother dough surface, or lightly flour the coiled rattan and prove directly in the baskets for traditional spiral ridges
- TOOLS FOR EACH STAGE - The set includes metal and flexible dough scrapers for portioning, gathering and lifting dough, plus a bread lame with replaceable blades for scoring and a cleaning brush for loose flour
- MEASURE BEFORE YOU ORDER - The round banneton is 23cm across and the oval basket 25 x 23cm; dough volume varies with recipe and hydration, so compare these dimensions with your usual loaf
- STRAIGHTFORWARD CARE - Brush out loose flour after use and allow the rattan baskets to air dry fully; cold-wash the cloth liners separately, and do not soak the baskets or put them in a dishwasher
