- Packed with Flavour: Our fantastic organic fenugreek seeds offer 5-day sprouts and a unique flavour. You can grow them into shoots (commonly used in Indian cuisines) or use the herb for managing colds and flu.
- Excellent Germination Rate: 1 tbsp of raw organic fenugreek seed yields approx. 1-2 cups of sprouts. It takes roughly 4-5 days to grow sprouts and 8-12 days to yield microgreens. They sprout for up to a year if stored in a cool, dry place like a fridge or freezer.
- Great for Health:Organic fenugreek seeds are packed with nutrients such as Vitamins B6 and C, iron, calcium, phosphorus magnesium, phosphorus, zinc and potassium, making it great for children and adults.
