ResultSport Lacrosse Massage Ball, Trigger Point Physio, Pink | Roll Underfoot for Plantar Fascia, Squeeze at the Desk, Pin on a Wall for Back Glutes and IT Band, 80g(Disclaimer)

Product description

• One Firm Ball, Three Jobs - The smooth lacrosse ball delivers concentrated pressure into deep tissue, doubles as a portable hand grip at a desk, and pins against a wall for the back and glutes. Plantar Fascia and Foot Recovery - Roll the ball slowly under each bare foot for 60 to 90 seconds while seated to work along the plantar fascia, the band that runs the length of the sole.
• Hand Grip and Stress Relief at the Desk - Squeeze in the palm to work wrist and forearm tension during long typing sessions, which is why the ball gets used away from the gym as often as in it.
• Trigger Point and Deep Tissue Work - Pin against a wall and lean in to reach stubborn knots in the upper back, the glutes or the IT band, letting body weight set the pressure rather than your hands.
• 80 Grams, 6cm, PAH-Free and Phthalate-Free - Weighing only 80 grams with a 6 cm diameter, the ball is made from plastics free from PAH and phthalates with no glue used in construction.
• How Long to Spend on One Spot - Most people work one area for 30 to 90 seconds and then move on, rather than staying on a single point. Slow movement covers more tissue than pressing hard in one place. Smooth or Spiky, Which to Choose - A smooth lacrosse ball concentrates pressure on one small point, which is what reaches a knot that will not release.
• A spiky ball spreads it over a wider, more tolerable area. Can It Be Used on Calves and Hamstrings - Yes. Sitting on the floor, rest the calf or hamstring on the ball and move the leg slowly. The weight of the leg alone sets how much pressure you apply.
• Does It Lose Its Shape - The single-material construction with no glue is built to hold its shape under repeated body-weight loading, rather than compressing permanently the way a foam ball does.
• Cleaning and Storing It - Wipe with a damp cloth and let it air dry. With no seams or adhesives there is nowhere for water to get in, and at 80 grams it fits a desk drawer or a gym bag.
