Product description
- Planting Time: Looking to brighten up your garden? Plant your Sparaxis Mixed bulbs from March to May, and get ready for a stunning display of flowers from May to July! These vibrant beauties grow to a height of 25-40 cm, creating a picturesque landscape for your summer garden. As winter planting bulbs, they’re designed to bloom in summer, making gardening a breeze for both seasoned pros and enthusiastic beginners. Plus, they’re specifically cultivated for UK climate conditions!
- Planting Information: Getting started with Sparaxis is easy! These bulbs thrive in fertile soil but prefer a warm, sheltered spot in your garden. To protect them from severe frost, wait until the risk of ongoing frosts has passed before planting. Just dig a hole about 5 cm deep and space the bulbs 10 cm apart. Then, sit back and relax while you wait for your gorgeous blooms! Remember, they love well-drained, fertile soil and will flourish in full sun or partial shade.
- What’s Included: You’ll receive 15 Sparaxis Mixed bulbs, known botanically as Sparaxis Tricolour. These bulbs are size 4+ and come from cultivated stock, ensuring you get healthy, robust plants for your garden.
- Create a Stunning Garden: Transform your outdoor space with the enchanting Sparaxis! This bulbous perennial showcases star-shaped flowers in an array of colours—think orange, red, white, yellow, pink, and magenta. Often referred to as the Harlequin Flower due to its vibrant, kaleidoscopic centers, Sparaxis blooms atop delicate stems in late spring and early summer. Why not add this beautiful diversity of colour to your borders and rockeries?
- We've got your back! When you get these bulbs from us, they're guaranteed to arrive in primo condition. We've been in cahoots with our suppliers for years to ensure you get nothing but the best. We know the disappointment of eagerly waiting for something to bloom, only to be let down. With us, you're getting top-notch, healthy bulbs, no surprises there!
