Product description

• Best Time to Plant: Plant your Babiana Stricta bulbs from January to June, and you'll be greeted with beautiful blooms from June to August. These hardy plants, reaching 20-25cm in height, not only bring colour to your garden but also fill the air with a wonderful fragrance. As winter planting bulbs, they're perfect for those looking for a low-maintenance, stress-free gardening experience – whether you're a seasoned expert or a beginner. Plus, they're specifically cultivated to thrive in the UK climate.
• Simple Planting Tips: To get started, plant your bulbs about 5cm deep and space them 10cm apart. Before long, you'll be mesmerized by their beauty. Babiana loves fertile, well-drained soil with a bit of organic matter. Avoid planting them in cold, exposed areas or in waterlogged soil. If your garden has clay-heavy soil, add grit to help with drainage. For the best results, plant them in a spot with full sun or partial shade.
• What's Included: This set includes 7 Babiana Stricta flower bulbs. Also known as Blue Freesia, each bulb is a size 5+ and grown from cultivated stock, ensuring a healthy start for your garden.
• Create Your Dream Garden: Transform your garden into something truly unique with Babiana Stricta! The stunning funnel-shaped flowers, which bloom around 5cm wide in late spring, are easy to grow in a sunny spot with well-drained soil.
